If you already have accounts with SCCU, you can apply for a new loan* via Online Banking. Here's how:
- Sign into Online Banking.
- Click on the "Services" tab.
- Next to "Loan Application," click "Continue."
- Fill out your information and click "Submit."
Once you've submitted your application, one of our loan officers will be in touch shortly.
*Online mortgage applications cannot be submitted via Online Banking. See below for the online mortgage application. For Member Business Loans and Investment Property Loans - please visit a branch to apply for these loans.
Apply In Person
You can apply for any loan, including mortgages, by visiting our Hixson, Ooltewah, or East Brainerd branches. You can also apply via remote access at our Soddy Daisy branch. Find your closest branch.
Apply for a Mortgage

Apply In Person
If you do not currently have any SCCU accounts, we invite you to apply in person at one of our convenient branches. Loan officers are available at our Hixson, Ooltewah, and East Brainerd branches. You can also apply via remote access at our Soddy Daisy branch. Find your closest branch.
Start the Process Online
If you do not currently have any SCCU accounts, you can apply for membership online and request more information about our loan accounts. Keep in mind the online application is just the first step; you will be required to come to a branch in person to complete the membership and loan processes, and the application alone does not guarantee membership or loan approval. The online application will give you a head start and save you a bit of time in the branch.
