Scenic Community Credit Union grants access to information about you only to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your information.
Scenic Community Credit Union will disclose personal information to the following:
  • Financial service providers that SCCU maintains a relationship with, such as data processors; credit bureaus; check printers; credit, debit and ATM card processors; IRA administrators, insurance companies and SCCU Online processors.
  • Non-financial companies such as those who print and mail statements and IRS required forms.
  • Companies that perform marketing services for SCCU.
  • Members’ employers, only in relation to payroll deduction or direct deposit.
Scenic Community Credit Union may disclose members’ personal information under other conditions, but only as required or permitted by law.
SCCU will only disclose personal information about former members as permitted or required by law.
